My Life

“My Life” is an experimental poetic work by American poet Lyn Hejinian—an autobiographical text written as a series of sentences without direct links to one another. The book stands as a prominent example of Language poetry and explores the boundaries between poetry and prose, personal experience and literary experimentation. Throughout the work, the author reflects on the nature of memory, language, and perception, creating a multilayered narrative that invites the reader to actively participate in the making of meaning.
