Architecture of Interwar Kyiv: The Government Center and the Reconstruction of the Capital

This book explores the architecture of interwar Kyiv, focusing specifically on the design and construction of the Government Center as well as the large-scale reconstruction of the city as the capital of the Ukrainian SSR. The study examines the architectural and urban planning processes of the 1920s and 1930s, a period when Kyiv underwent significant transformations driven by Soviet modernization and the creation of a new administrative center.
