Under the Russian Flag Around the World (Captain Krusenstern’s Voyage)

The book recounts the first Russian circumnavigation expedition of 1803–1806, commanded by Ivan Fyodorovich Krusenstern. It describes the historic voyage aboard the ships “Nadezhda” and “Neva,” which was of monumental importance for Russian science, geography, and seafaring. The expedition not only opened new trade routes, but also made a significant contribution to the exploration of the Pacific Ocean, Kamchatka, Sakhalin, and other territories.
